The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for managing the operational daily tasks of the housekeeping department. The main task is to ensure the rooms and the public areas are properly cleaned and that the company standards are applied. The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for leading a team, including supervisors, room attendants and public area staff. Housekeeping is managed by the hotel itself with a flexible pool of outside labor that is trained on site. Your job is to make them feel part of the team!

  • Your goal is to give every guest a “Timeless” experience; 

  • You have a positive mind-set and eye for detail;

  • You are flexible and able to work in demanding situations;

  • You have management experience as a housekeeping supervisor for at least 3 years or as a manager for at least 1 year;

  • You find it challenging to coach your team;

  • You have financial knowledge related to the housekeeping department.
