What are my responsibilities?

As Income Auditor, you will be part of our Finance team and help ensure accurate revenue reporting and solid internal controls. Your key responsibilities include:

- Auditing daily revenue and cash flow.

- Implement procedures and strengthen the control environment;

- Control the cash flow of the hotel;

- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.

- Record, store, and/or analyze information using property software.

- Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.

We are looking for a full-time Income Auditor with a passion for accounting and a service-minded approach. You are curious by nature, detail-oriented and you bring your own personal style to everything you do.

To be eligible for this position you…

- Have excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.

- Ideally have experience in hospitality industry.

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.

- Are organized, able to prioritise tasks and have a solid understanding of accounting procedures and tools.

- Have right to work in the Netherlands.

A unique opportunity is awaiting you in the city center of one of the most dynamic markets in Europe. We are excited that the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is currently undergoing a full transformation. A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new bar, restaurant and rooftop bar & terrace. The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference center will be constructed. The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has a very high focus on sustainability and will aim to become an enhancement to the city of Amsterdam.
