Linnen Room Attendant - Amsterdam

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver laundry for the guest

• Receive and wash dry cleaning

• Organizing the staff uniforms

• Washing, drying, and ironing the guest clothes and uniforms

• Inspect the uniforms for stains, damages or wear, and follow proper procedures for stain removal, and reporting any issues to the supervisor

• Fold and organize the clothes for distribution to various hotel departments

• Collaborate with housekeeping, and other departments.

Requirements

• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and manage various types of linen, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain a well-organized linen room, manage inventory, and efficiently handle large volumes of laundry.

• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure to meet the demands of a busy hotel environment.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions, with basic reading and writing skills in English.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and during peak hotel occupancy periods.
