International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP) is the company managing the Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Amsterdam Airport, Mercure Amersfoort Centre, the Moxy/Residence Inn The Hague and Hilton Garden Inn Leiden! Our hotels are franchisee-owned and operated under the wings of Accor and Marriott International. We are a growing Hotel Management company that is now looking to expand their team by recruiting a Management Intern to work closely together with our Director Hotel. The focus areas will be rooms, finance and F&B related and based on projects. Time management and keeping overview is Key! This internship is really a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Support the group director in:

•    Coordination of projects for the hotels

•    Implementation of operational projects for the existing hotels

•    Communicate with all stakeholders involved in opening our new hotels.

•    Make sure that we comply with the management standards

•    Implement new policies and come up with creative ideas to innovate our operations in hotels.

•    Organizing report structure for the groups working together

•    Setup internal communication between all different (new) departments.

•    Time management of the whole project, working with different vendors and keeping overview of the whole planning.

•    The ultimate goal for this student is to play a crucial part in assisting in a management support role for different hotels.
