International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP) is the company managing the Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Amsterdam Airport, Mercure Amersfoort Centre and the Moxy/Residence Inn The Hague! Our hotels are franchisee-owned and operated under the wings of Accor and Marriott International. We are a growing Hotel Management company that is now looking to expand their team by recruiting a Sales Coordinator to work closely together with our Sales team.
SALES Coordinator
As Sales Coordinator you are part of an energetic and creative team. You proactively develop and maintain the relationship with our key clients to maximize their travel to our hotel. You are responsible for your personal and team related revenue goals and manage the tools to ensure all reservation methods are in place.
Your day will consist of:
- Being RFP Process owner.
- Reporting qualifying prospects and market insights.
- Managing low volume accounts
- Preparing & supporting with client events, sales blitzes, local contracts.
- Checking frequent guest lists, arrival lists and follow ups.
- Crew RFP’s & follow ups.
- Support and cooperate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure that business targets will be achieved.
