The July is a premium hospitality brand that’s bringing the human touch to the way people travel. We are a group of apartment-hotels driven by delivering the best experience the world has ever seen, for guests staying one night or one year.

From Amsterdam to the world! Together with our shareholder Aware Super, we are implementing our strategy of international growth as owner-operator. Our teams have the ambitious goal to develop multiple new apartment-hotels across prime European cities like London, Dublin, Paris, Lisbon and Barcelona. Each location has the local stories and spirit interwoven throughout the apartment-hotel’s distinctive design. 

As a growing hospitality brand with multiple locations, we’re looking for a proactive, organized, and driven Sales Executive to support our dynamic sales team. If you’re passionate about sales, love organization, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next adventure.

The job

As our Sales Executive, you’ll turn group inquiries into confirmed bookings while working closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Director.

Client Relations 

• Be the go-to contact for group clients (short- and longstay) from first inquiry to confirmed reservation.

• Negotiate deals and ensure guests feel supported throughout their journey.

• Host on-site tours for large groups, showing them what The July is all about.
  
  

Sales Support

• Assist sales managers with contracts, proposals, and follow-ups.

• Prepare and update sales presentations, brochures, and offers.

• Support team meetings, calls, and events.
  
  

Administration & Systems

• Keep our CRM (Monday.com) and booking system (Mews) up to date with accurate client data, contracts, and deadlines.

• Maintain standardized templates and client files so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

• Track payment terms, contract renewals, and deadlines.
  
  

Coordination

• Work closely with operations and front office teams to make sure group stays and special requests are delivered flawlessly.

• Collect client feedback after group stays to help us improve and grow.
