Your role in the journey
Step into a role where leadership meets creativity. You’ll oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure consistency in quality and presentation, and inspire your team to deliver dishes that reflect our commitment to authenticity and innovation. Your responsibilities include:
Leading kitchen operations with precision and care.
Upholding hygiene, safety and cost control standards.
Collaborating on menu development and kitchen workflows.
Mentoring team members and fostering growth.
Bringing fresh ideas to the table with seasonal and local inspiration.
What you'll bring
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and a deep passion for cooking.
Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and culinary trends.
Commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation.
Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
