What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

  • Oversee daily operations across all kitchen sections, including food production, hygiene, and cost control.

  • Ensure the quality and consisten­­cy of all dishes.

  • Plan and organize work in the Grand Café kitchen in collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine.

  • Contribute creatively to the development of new menu items.

  • Inspire and motivate the team with your enthusiasm and passion for cooking, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, guiding them in their personal and professional growth.

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation.

  • Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
