Job Description

What will you be doing?

This is an all-round Food & Beverage role covering breakfast, kitchen, and bar shifts. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes it fun!

In the morning, you'll make sure our guests start their day right: preparing and replenishing the breakfast buffet, serving coffee with a smile, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

During bar shifts you'll prepare beverages and simple dishes, serve guests, and make sure they feel relaxed and well taken care of.

You'll also keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, from washing up and keeping the kitchen clean, to preparing mise en place for the next day so your colleagues can hit the ground running. You'll keep a close eye on HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety standards are always met, and you'll take care of stock orders to make sure we're never caught short.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and serving guests with a positive attitude
• Preparing drinks and simple food items
• Setting up and replenishing the breakfast buffet
• Keeping the restaurant, bar, and kitchen area clean, organized, and inviting
• Washing up and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Monitoring and following HACCP guidelines
• Placing stock orders and managing inventory
• Preparing mise en place for the next shift
