Rise and shine! You are a real morning person and love to be active in the early hours. A morning mood? That never bothers you! Before the rest of the Netherlands wakes up, you are already in the kitchen preparing breakfast for our guests. You like to provide our guests with a good start of the day. You work with local and fresh products, and that makes you happy. Your creativity provides new ideas for the breakfast buffet and you are happy to contribute these. A clean kitchen is important for you and you are aware of the HACCP rules.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD BREAKFAST CHEF?

• You have completed a chef training or at least 1 year of working experience in a kitchen.

• You are energetic, cheerful and HOSPITABLE! Hospitality for you means going the extra mile. You are creative and try to surprise your guests every morning.
• You are proactive, a born team player.
• You are flexible and available in weekends and on holidays and you live in (the neighbourhood of) Amsterdam.
• You have knowledge of HACCP.
