Cluster Junior Marketing Executive (part-time) - Den Haag

We are looking for a part-time (30.4 hours per week), creative and driven Junior Marketing Executive who is ready to start their marketing career in the hospitality industry. This is an ideal first marketing role for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic hotel environment. 

In this entry-level position, you will support a variety of marketing activities across both hotel properties and their F&B outlets. You will work closely with the Cluster Marketing Manager, contributing to campaigns, content, communications, and partnerships that bring our brands to life. This job falls into the scale 5 of horeca salary scale table.

Your day to day: 

• Write and publish engaging blog posts about local events, city happenings, and hotel offerings  

• Draft and distribute press releases for hotel news, promotions, and announcements  

• Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters for guests and partners  

• Support OTA (Online Travel Agency) management and third-party platform partnerships  

• Assist with promotional campaigns to drive direct bookings and F&B revenue  

• Coordinate with local press and media for coverage and partnerships  

• Support loyalty app promotions and campaigns  

• Update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance  

• Manage guest communication touchpoints across the properties (elevators, TV screens, in-room materials)  

• Support internal communications about new offerings and updates  

• Assist with marketing collateral for hotel services and events  

• Coordinate marketing support for F&B events and activations  

• Handle ad-hoc marketing requests and quick-turnaround projects  

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field  

• Marketing experience preferred in Hospitality or F&B   

• Copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different channels  

• Experience with Canva for content management and design  

• Experience with email marketing platforms  

• Understanding of online booking platforms and the guest journey  

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for brand consistency  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines  

• Excellent written communication skills in English  

Nice to have: 

• Experience with hospitality booking systems  

• Knowledge of local tourism and destination marketing  

• Dutch language skills  

• Photography and video editing skills  

• Understanding of influencer marketing best practices  

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media insights
