International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP) is the company managing the Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Amsterdam Airport, Mercure Amersfoort Centre and the Moxy/Residence Inn The Hague! Our hotels are franchisee-owned and operated under the wings of Accor and Marriott International. We are a growing Hotel Management company that is now looking to expand their team by recruiting a Cluster Revenue Manager to work closely together with our Revenue team to make sure our hotels are correctly positioned in the market. In this role, you will be working in all of our hotels (you need to know what you sell, right?), but you will be mainly working from our office location at the Hoeksteen in Hoofddorp.

To give you more of an insight in your day-to-day tasks, your role consists of:

• Working together with the revenue team to implement the right pricing strategies, based on market analyses and competitor comparisons for different brand concepts and market demand.
• Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and make pricing recommendations.
• You utilize revenue management systems and tools to effectively manage rates, inventory, and distribution channels. You are analytical and are able to indicate action plans based on data reporting from different sources (PMS Opera 5.6/Opera cloud, OneYield, Revcontrol, OTA Insight)
• You can navigate your way around Siteminder and have prior experience in managing stand-alone channels too. Previous experience within an Accor properties and proficiency in DATAweb and hotel distribution is preferable.
• You are commercially driven and make sure that this enthusiasm for generating business/revenue spreads in the teams.
