Your role in the journey

As Concierge Trainee, you’ll be part of the Front of House team, assisting guests with their luggage, answering questions, and offering tips about Amsterdam’s best spots. You’ll be a visible presence in the lobby, helping guests feel at ease and well taken care of.  Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting guests with luggage and managing storage

• Lobby hosting and being a point of contact for guest questions

• Providing information about local attractions and experiences

• Collaborating closely with the Front Office team

• Creating warm, memorable moments for every guest
