What to expect?

As a F&B Breakfast Waiter, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful and seamless breakfast experience. From providing exceptional service to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, your contributions will make every morning extraordinary for our guests. The working hours are between 05:00 and 16:00, and a shift is normally 8 hours.

What does your day as a F&B Breakfast Waiter look like?

As a F&B Breakfast Waiter at Hilton Rotterdam, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests during the most important meal of the day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming manner as they arrive for breakfast, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Seating and Assistance: Guide guests to their seats with finesse, ensuring each interaction feels like a VIP entrance to the most important meal of the day.
• Order Taking: Take orders like a pro (extra syrup? No problem!) and serve with a side of your awesome personality.
• Table Maintenance: Keep breakfast tables clean and organized, swiftly clearing dishes and resetting tables for the next set of guests.
• Teamwork: Communicate like a pro with your Team and the Kitchen to make sure our guests receive their perfect omelets.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and with a positive attitude. Anticipate needs and provide recommendations as needed.
• Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility: Be adaptable to a dynamic work environment, as breakfast hours may vary, and weekends and holidays are typical working days.
