What are my responsibilities?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service minded Food & Beverage Manager. Your areas of responsibility include; the newly renovated Midtown Grill Restaurant, our Minibar and In-Room Dining department, the M Club Lounge, Sorel’s Bar & Lounge, Banqueting and our Kitchen and Stewarding area.  You will lead the F&B team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction.

You enjoy working in an international environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service to ensure that our guests experience a memorable stay. You enjoy working with people and work well in a team. You have great communication- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine. You can coach and motivate your colleagues to give their best and you have a high guest focus. To be eligible for this position you:

·      have experience in an international hospitality chain;

·      have 5 years’ experience in leading a team;

·      have experience in the role of F&B manager in another big operations property;

·      are able to coach and motivate people;

·      are flexible in working hours and days;

·      can speak and write fluently in English and-/or Dutch.
