Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport has just opened a 4-star airport hotel, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Executive to support our commercial team. With 281 rooms, 6 meeting and event spaces, and the energy of a opening phase, this is your opportunity to develop your sales skills, build client relationships, and contribute to the hotel’s commercial success from day one.

As Junior Sales Executive, you support the hotel’s commercial activities with a strong focus on group bookings, meetings, and events. You are in close contact with both prospective and existing clients and play an important role in generating new business and maximizing revenue.

You work in a fast-paced and commercial environment where organization, guest focus, and a proactive mindset are key. You easily switch between sales activities, client communication, and administrative tasks while keeping a clear overview and meeting deadlines.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the sales and coordination of group bookings, meetings, and events

  • Preparing and following up on proposals and contracts for group and MICE inquiries

  • Handling inquiries via email, phone, and online channels

  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and proactively approaching new business leads

  • Collaborating with Operations, Front Office, Banqueting, and Revenue Management to ensure smooth execution of bookings

  • Contributing to upselling rooms, F&B, and additional services to increase revenue

  • Identifying commercial opportunities and market trends

  • Maintaining sales reports, statistics, and CRM data

  • Supporting sales and marketing activities such as site inspections, sales events, and promotions

  • Ensuring professional and guest-focused communication at all times

You are proactive, organized, and commercially minded, with a strong sense of responsibility and a natural drive to achieve results. You enjoy working in a team and are eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

What we’re looking for:

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or commercial studies

  • A strong interest in sales, meetings, and events

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • A proactive and results-driven mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail

  • A guest-focused and service-oriented attitude

  • Good command of English and Dutch

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
