Night Auditor - Amsterdam

We’re currently looking for a full-time, enthusiastic and professional Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.

What you’ll be doing at night:

• Welcoming guests for check-in and check-out
• Handling incoming calls like a pro
• Providing info, solving issues and making guests feel at home
• Managing last-minute bookings in the system
• Making sure wake-up calls and the airport shuttle run like clockwork
• Selling snacks and drinks from our 24/7 kiosk
• Setting up early breakfasts

• And behind the scenes, you’ll be the silent hero of:

• Processing and checking daily payments and corrections
• Preparing and storing reports
• Supporting accounting with financial and admin tasks
• Handling invoices and account billing
• Keeping an eye on safety, spotting anything out of the ordinary and helping out in emergencies

• What we’re looking for:

• 1 to 2 years of Front Office work or internship experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Independent, decisive and detail-oriented
