Your role in the journey

As People & Culture Officer you’ll be visible, approachable, and always ready to support. You’ll help create an environment where colleagues feel they belong and can thrive.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting recruiter on recruitment activities.

• Welcoming and onboarding new colleagues with care and precision.

• Managing HR administration with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Coordinating e-learnings and training programs.

• Organizing internal communication and social events.

• Advising employees on HR policies and procedures.

• Conducting exit interviews and guiding offboarding processes.

• Monitoring employee absenteeism and conducting absence-related interviews, with a strong focus on prevention.
