In this role, you will:

Help set up, maintain and roll out new channels.
Support the team with overseeing content optimization and management of OTAs.
Take part in carrying out regular market research and benchmarking to identify trends and innovations and derive concrete recommendations for action.
Assist with new BOB openings with the setup of all distribution systems.
Help with assisting in the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the system setup of the PMS, RMC, and GDS systems.
Provide support & training materials for all Bobstars on any OTA and online distribution-related questions.
Conduct system audits to ensure adherence to systems.
Be an active player in part of the growth team participating in all projects and meetings.
Assist with the maximization of revenues into the hotels by monitoring, managing, and maintaining group and transient inventories
Assist in preparing annual business plans for the hotels
Help with keeping rate parity and maintaining the events calendar.

Our 5-star candidate:

Enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field - University or applied science level.
Proficiency in Excel and a good understanding of analytical tools.
Vast interest in different tools and technologies.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passionate about problem-solving and process improvement.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
