International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP) manages a portfolio of fantastic hotels, including: Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Schiphol Airport, Moxy The Hague, Residence Inn by Marriott The Hague and Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. Our hotels are franchisee-owned and operated under the wings of Accor, Hilton, and Marriott International.

We’re a growing Hotel Management company looking to expand our team by recruiting a Revenue Manager 📊 for our properties Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Schiphol Airport, and work closely with the Revenue team. You’ll be working across all our hotels (you need to know what you sell, right? 😉), but mainly from our office at Hoeksteen in Hoofddorp.

🔍 What your day might look like:

• Create smart strategies: Set pricing based on market trends and competitor insights

• Use the tools: work with OneYield, IDeaS, Fairplanner and OTA Insight and ensure accurate forecasting

• Drive results: Roll out revenue plans that boost performance

• Stay sharp: Monitor market shifts and demand patterns

• Collaborate with the internal commercial team, as well as the hotels teams and external partners (such as OTAs, local business partners) to drive proactive revenue strategies

• Commercial mindset: You’re all about driving revenue and inspiring others
