Your Role: Room Attendant

At voco® The Hague, no two days are the same. As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel at home, comfortable, and cared for. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness help create an exceptional environment – from guest rooms to public spaces and behind-the-scenes areas.

What You’ll Do

You’re more than a cleaner – you’re a key part of the guest experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Keeping all public areas spotless, including the lobby, corridors, three meeting rooms, and public restrooms.

• Cleaning team areas like the staff canteen, offices, and changing rooms.

• Delivering extra amenities (like toothbrushes or razors) to guest rooms upon request.

• Managing daily linen logistics – receiving fresh linen, counting inventory, and ensuring used items are sent to the laundry service.

• Distributing clean bed linens and towels across the floors.

• Assisting with collection of waste and used linen from guest floors.

• Restocking housekeeping trolleys for smooth operations.

• Supporting the food & beverage team by organizing and cleaning storerooms.

• Issuing staff uniforms returned from dry cleaning.

• Jumping in wherever needed – working closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
