At our hotel, we are looking for a cheerful, service-oriented Breakfast Attendant who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and understands that memorable guest experiences start with genuine attention and care.

Your Role

As a Breakfast Attendant, you play a key role in delivering a positive guest experience. You are the first point of contact during breakfast service and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests warmly and creating a relaxed, inviting atmosphere

• Ensuring the breakfast buffet is complete, fresh, and continuously replenished

• Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the breakfast area

• Taking and serving orders for drinks and light refreshments in the lobby

• Supporting overall service flow with efficiency and a positive attitude

• Performing cleaning and dishwashing tasks as part of daily operations

• Collaborating with your team to exceed guest expectations

You understand that attention to detail and personal interaction make the difference — and you contribute to elevating guest satisfaction every day.

You:

• Are naturally hospitable, positive, and proactive

• Are flexible and available for early shifts (between 07:00 and 13:00), including weekends and holidays

• Have your own transportation or live nearby due to early working hours

• Build genuine connections with guests in your own authentic way

• Speak Dutch and English; German is a strong advantage

• Are well-presented, communicative, and socially confident

• Work accurately and maintain high quality standards

• Are able to keep an overview and anticipate operational needs (helicopter view)

• Thrive in a team environment and remain calm under pressure

• Demonstrate a strong guest focus and a commercial mindset
