You know better than anyone — without INSPIRATORS, there’s no great concept. Are you that INSPIRATOR?

That’s why you start your workday by leading the team to ensure the mise en place is perfect. In the morning, you make sure the breakfast team performs at their best. In the afternoon, you create schedules, complete HACCP lists, place orders, and prepare menus for our Meetings & Events department. In the evening, you and your team are fully ready. Together, you work on beautiful dishes for the restaurant, rooftop, and event spaces. You prepare dishes carefully and only serve them when every detail on the plate is perfect. Because a great meal should be an unforgettable experience. You use your culinary and creative skills to design the finest menus together with the Executive Chef. You also form the culinary heart of the hotel alongside the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, and Executive Chef. You maintain smooth communication with service staff and know exactly how to take, check, and distribute orders. The kitchen is in good hands with you.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

• You have completed a chef training program (level 3 or 4) and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have strong product knowledge and cooking techniques, inspiring your team and coaching the kitchen staff effectively.
• Clean and safe? Experience with HACCP is desired and, alongside your culinary skills, one of the main pillars in our kitchens.
• You’re proactive, love hard work, and never give up.
• Cooking is fun for you!
• You are culinary skilled and have an eye for detail.
• You are flexible and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
