THE PROGRAM

Duration: 10 months

• Comprehensive trainee program in which you get exposure to Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Back Office, Management
• Be part of a great MEININGER community where you will be in contact with our colleagues from Region West (NL, BE, DK)
• Career coaching, performance & development feedback to support you on your career path
• Assisting the managers with exciting and challenging projects, such as implement systems and improve processes 

YOUR PROFILE

• Hospitality student and maybe already have some hospitality experience
• Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to develop a career in the industry
• Potential for leadership and aspiration to create an impact as a manager at MEININGER
• Curiosity and ability to quickly acquire new skills and competencies
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure or in situations of uncertainty
• Strong focus on results and understanding of the business
• Excellent communication skills
• Cultural savvy and international mindset
• You have very good written and spoken English skills, other languages are an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of hotel booking software is an advantage
