Every guest deserves a special experience and you understand that. Together with your team, you will ensure an unforgettable evening. Preparation is key and you start by checking all tables and reservations for the last finishing touch. You also make sure that everyone on your team knows what their role is for today. During the service you keep an overview and make sure everything runs smoothly. You manage the team and help when it gets busy. At the same time you ensure an optimal atmosphere on the work floor. You motivate and coach your team to give our guests the service they are used to. Together with the Restaurant Manager you will come up with new ideas to make Floor17 even more successful. Besides the daily operations you will also be involved in a number of administrative tasks, such as making schedules, checking invoices and ordering products and materials.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT SUPERVISOR?

You have at least 1 year of managerial experience in operations.
You have a strong passion for F&B and know how to convey this.
You are the "go to" person the team can always count on.
You have a positive attitude and your enthusiasm is contagious to the team.
You are flexible regarding working hours and we will discuss this together!
