As a waiter, you are the face of the restaurant and responsible for guest satisfaction. A waiter should be presentable, friendly, and well-groomed. The main tasks include serving guests in restaurants, bars, and meeting spaces. Before the start of service, you’ll handle mise en place duties and prepare tables. Additional tasks include taking reservations, welcoming and seating guests, taking and serving orders, and processing payments.
