Once occupied by “De Nederlandsche Bank”, our boutique hotel with 63 rooms, restaurant Stocks&Bonds, The Gold Bar and 2 meeting rooms/private dining borrows some of these unique elements in its décor. A day in the life of…

As a member of the (evening/night) Front office team, you will be carrying out the following tasks:

• Ensure a smooth check-in for our late arrivals;

• Ensure an efficient check-out for our early departures;

• Answer incoming calls, e-mails and guest requests;

• Carry out the night audit of the hotel including the administrative and reporting tasks;

• Perform a full property walk ensuring the guest safety and remove any possible trays/ F&B items in the hallways;

• Attend to any wake-up call requests;

• Reply to guest feedback via our online reputation management tool & escalate neseccary action;

• Carry out some small cleaning tasks to make sure our lobby and reception look spotless;

• Set up the breakfast buffet for the breakfast team;

• Send out the daily night report to the management;

• Hand-over with your PM and AM colleagues;

As an integral part of our hotels operational team, you’ll offer support to colleagues across all areas of the business to ensure a first class guest experience.In return for your hard work, you can look forward to:
